today's concoction:
7 oz. greek yogurt
about 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (i used mangos, raspberries, blueberries & strawberries)
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
that's it people...and it's amazing! i'm a smoothie maniac and i've always been. it's such an EASY way to get some goods all in one go. i usually throw spinach and banana in there too but i was out today. the trick for me is always using frozen fruit...not fruit with ice. big difference. also, trader joe's has a bomb assortment of frozen fruit for your smoothies and vitamin shakes for when you're in a real hurry. the chocolate one is delish and the consistency is seriously like a milkshake! some days i even throw a scoop of peanut butter and 1/2 of a banana in there for my morning shake.
it's getting warm...dust off that blender and start crankin' out the frozen treats!
